Additional information

Larmer's contribution to this output is as co-editor, and as the author of one chapter, entitled 'Historical Perspectives on Zambia's Mining Booms and Busts' (pp. 31-58). The chapter provides a historical underpinning to the inter-disciplinary analysis of Zambia's mining booms and busts presented elsewhere in the book. In addition, he played a leading role in developing the book's underlying analytical approach, particularly at the workshop which led to publication, held at Oxford University in 2008. As co-editor, he worked closely with most of the authors in editing and preparing their contributions for inclusion in the volume.
