a. The author made a substantial contribution to the design of the study, he was responsible for building and maintaining the positron accumulator, he developed positron transfer to the main system and took part in designing, building and commissioning of the whole apparatus. He designed the magnetic trap in collaboration with Brookhaven National lab and took part in carrying out the study, including acquisition of study data. b. The author critiqued the output for important intellectual content.
