A modified CREAM to human reliability quantification in marine engineering
This paper, published in a leading journal of maritime engineering, proposes a novel approach to facilitate human failure probability quantification development. Independent reviewer feedback: “This is a well written paper” (from all the reviewers), “… the capability of evaluating human failure probabilities more sensitively… detailed discussions provide a vivid picture from general to specific to identify the problems of CREAM methods” (Editor-in-Chief, Ocean Engineering). This work has led to a PhD project of three years (2014-2017, Principal supervisor: Z. Yang) supported by Lloyds Register (Manager, Lloyds Register EMEA).
