The Witchcraft Reader

This is the second edition of an edited collection of 38 texts written by various authors. Of these 38 texts, 20 were not included in the first edition of the book (published in 2002). As a consequence, Oldridge's editorial material has also been substantially revised to include a new 16 page general introduction and extensive revisions to each of his 10 introductory essays (one for each individual section of the book). Oldridge has also added brief notes to the start of each extract, which were not in the first edition. Thus, well over half of Oldridge's written contribution to the book is new (i.e. roughly 37 out of a total of 58 pages).
