Additional information

This paper resulted in a new technique to enhance the performance of an electrical machine for electric vehicle applications. The research findings from this paper led to a £1M grant from TSB (Grant Ref: 1110_CRD_ENS_SCI) to implement the technique in real-world scenarios and develop a low cost electric vehicle technology demonstrator by the end of 2014.
