This study reports the first direct images of (Ga,Mn)As domain wall magnetisation profiles using high resolution electron holography. (Ga,Mn)As alloys offer saturation magnetisations two orders of magnitude lower than conventional metal ferromagnets, and hence are excellent candidate materials for ‘next generation’ integrated memory and logic device structures.
