Additional information

A novel approach for controlling the operation of a hydrocyclone was introduced. The central part of this research was the finite element software package developed by Nowakowski, which enabled investigation of the influence of the hydrocyclone geometry upon flow character. Other colleagues working on hydrocyclones have subsequently used the code and currently this research continues together with DuPont (contact: Area Manager Research)
