A pentacene-based organic thin film memory transistor
This paper demonstrates the first organic memory transistor reported in the literature. It was the basis for a British Council Prime Minister’s Initiative 2 (PMI2) collaboration ( £ 40k) involving Bangor, Durham and the MASDAR Institute, United Arab Emirates ( 2009-2012). The paper was selected for the May 11, 2009 issue of Virtual Journal of Nanoscale Science & Technology, Vol. 19, Issue 19,2009.
