Additional information

Many papers consider effect of carbon nanotubes on properties of matrix resins; this paper is one of few that look in detail at practicalities and consequences of manufacture of such modified continuous-fibre composites. Originality of work was acknowledged by Best Contribution award to first-author da Costa at Flow Processes in Composite Materials conference (Ascona, Switzerland, 2010). Close collaboration with industrial sponsor continues [contact: Executive Scientist, BAE Systems].
