This paper demonstrated that MOCVD could achieve over 13% efficient PV devices and showed unique features such as the alloying of zinc into the window layer and intentional doping of the CdTe layer with arsenic. This paper has led to the development of a unique in-line MOCVD system to be compatible with large scale manufacturing processes for MOCVD
