Additional information

This paper represents new topology using resonant inverters in the Cascaded H-bridge Multilevel Inverter (CHB) circuits for converting DC into AC. The new topology depends on varying the capacitance or the inductance values to follow the variation of the desired switching frequency in order to keep it at the resonant frequency. This method nominates CHB inverters to be used in new fields of applications where the switching frequencies is less than 25 kilohertz which in turn reduces the EMI. This is very useful in medical and communication applications.
