This project stemmed from doctoral studies on the application of artificial intelligence to cash flow from the client’s perspective. This led to a series of collaborative publications as well as providing material for postgraduate education. This work resulted in my appointment by a Singapore-based consultancy firm Aventedge to work on industrial training seminars in Malaysia and Singapore. These are on the financial management of construction projects including capital budgeting, cost control, change management and risk management.
