Human study that provides mechanistic insight into the control of cerebral blood flow (CBF) during acute exercise in the aged. Compared to young controls, aged participants exhibited a suppressed exercise-induced

increase in CBF despite less hypocapnic-induced cerebral vasoconstriction.
