Additional information

This work arose from our contribution to the EU Framework project IntUBE (EC project 224286) and formed part of a subsequent successful EU FP7 bid IDEAS-Intelligent NeighbourhooD Energy Allocation & Supervision (EC project 600071) co-ordinated by Teesside University. In addition the co-authors at SINTEF (the largest independent research organisation in Scandinavia) have built on the approach presented to underpin new EU research proposals and projects (contact Ovidiu Vermesan, Chief Scientist SINTEF ICT, Ovidiu.Vermesan@sintef.no).
