Norberg's role for this paper is equally fundamental as his role for the Colless et al. (2001) paper: to ensure our understanding of the GAMA angular and radial selection function is sufficiently accurate to enable the main science goals of the GAMA survey. Norberg wrote two sections, provided three figures, suggested several and most importantly critically assessed the overall content of the paper.
