<09> First book specifically dedicated to case study research in software engineering, and developing on from a related journal article (Runeson and Host, Empirical Software Engineering 14, 131-164, 2009). The book was co-authored with Professors Runeson, Host and Regnell at Lund University, Sweden, and draws on all four of the authors' experiences of conducting research, together with an extensive synthesis of others' work. Case studies are drawn from international companies, including IBM, ABB, Ericsson and Vodafone. The book was published in April 2012 and as of August 2013 has sold 326 copies globally.
