<22> This paper reveals the basic laws of semantic-link network motion and principles of emerging semantics. This work together with the monograph "The Knowledge Grid" (2012, 2nd Ed) form an innovative framework for semantic networking. As a fundamental contribution to semantics study, it has been widely adopted by peers in many applications, e.g., discovering fishing targets (FGCS,2010), recommendation systems (FGCS, 2010), semantically linked organizations (FGCS, 2010), Web service networking (Automation Science and Engineering, 2011), semantic retrieval (CIKM2010), knowledge bases (CCPE, 2011), small-world discovery (WWW J, 2012), and similar-sentence extraction (WWW J, 2013).
