This paper presents research undertaken in the Data Discovery and Delivery Architecture project which is funded by UK DIF DTC (Data and Information Fusion, Defence Technology Centre). Due to the high scalability and low overhead of the proposed method (so-called SP2PS), the SP2PS method has been adopted and further developed in the Sino-UK Higher Education Research Partnership project between University of Derby and Tongji University (China), in order to improve the efficiency of service discovery in a dynamic Cloud environment. This project is currently funded by British Council and China Scholarship Council on behalf of UK BIS and China MoE.
