This is a special issue of the journal Moving Worlds. Although the cover states it was co-edited, Shirley Chew’s role as General Editor was limited to the proofing and production stage. David Farrier proposed the issue, devised the remit, commissioned the contributions and was solely responsible for managing the content of the issue. He was the sole author of the editorial and the peer-reviewed article 'Reading without Guarantees: Affect in Asylum Seeker Narratives'.
