Miracle (2011) was commissioned by Oran Mor, Glasgow, as part of the ‘A Play, A Pie and A Pint’ season. The original research period was supported by a Writer's Bursary from the Scottish Arts Council. The play addresses the early life of Albert Einstein and his first wife Mileva Maric during the time Einstein’s discoveries were laying the foundations for his Theory of Relativity. Writing the play involved research, over several years, into Einstein and Maric’s biography and into particle physics.
