Intellectual Property, Human Rights and Competition : Access to Essential Innovation and Technology
This book draws together research strands pursued for 9 years. These did lead to other publications but the additional purpose of the book is to provide a deep and widely ranging analysis of the relationship between three diverse legal fields. This highly novel exercise was carried out across a broad range of factual scenarios and in national, regional and international dispute resolution and policy making fora. The presentation of this and the critical arguments developed required a monograph rather than a series of articles for peer reviewed journals. The time and effort involved merit double weighting.
