Additional information

<28> This paper is the first paper to describe how to integrate biological networks, accounting for data quality, without using a Gold standard reference network. The paper is a result of a close collaboration between statisticians, computer scientists and biologists. The work described in this paper contributed to the establishment of a joint CASE studentship project with Dr. Philipe Sanseau of GlaxoSmithKline from 2011.
