This is the first paper explicitly providing a solution for differentiated congestion management for Data Center Networks. The paper formulates the relationship between AIMD settings and bandwidth utilization for various classes of traffics. The developed analytical results provide a means to translate user requirements into network design. The idea is being evaluated by Data Storage Institute of A-STAR in Singapore for possible extension and implementation for PoConcept.
