Additional information

This paper examines how lesbians manage and negotiate their sexual identity in the workplace. Of direct use to HRD professionals and leaders in developing organisation cultures which embrace and include difference, it may also interest researchers and policy makers in the fields of diversity/ equality and LGB issues. Since publication, invitations have been received to contribute a chapter to the Handbook on Well-Being of Working Women, (Springer, Summer 2014, The International Society of Quality of Life Studies) and to submit an article from the editor of New Horizons in Adult Education & Human Resource Development (Wiley).
