Additional information

Anaconda wave energy device consists of a pressurised flooded rubber tube, which, when excited with an external incident wave, permits generation of internal bulge waves that provide the mechanism for wave energy extraction. The paper presents a new technique to delay or remove aneurysm formation to maximise energy extraction. The results of the work may be useful to the design and production of the full scale device.
