Additional information

<28>In this paper we present the largest set of human protein complexes to date. Complexes were identified through a 5-year collaboration between Paccanaro’s lab and the labs of Andrew Emili in Toronto and Edward Marcotte in Austin. The protein interaction networks experimentally identified in Emili's lab were enriched with networks generated through comparative genomics algorithms in Marcotte's lab. We then developed and applied a denoising procedure based on information diffusion, followed by our overlapping clustering procedure to obtain the complexes (ClusterONE). Paccanaro is co-senior and co-corresponding author.
