Additional information

This essay collection emerged out of three separate colloquia held at Lancaster and Salford Universities. It represents further dissemination of the research project, “John Ruskin, Cultural Travel, and Popular Access’” for which Hanley was the Principal Investigator and Maidment one of two Co-Investigators. Hanley co-wrote the Introduction: ‘Ruskin’s “Common Treasuries”’ (pp. 1-12) and single-authored Chapter 12: “The Ruskin Diaspora” (pp. 179-96).
