This paper develops an object tracking model that represents grouping as a graph rather than using subsets, making it possible to improve the description and articulation of loose-couplings of groups of objects. Funded as part of by MoD’s Data and Information Fusion Defence Technology Centre £1.5M project “the Tracking Cluster”. Collaboration with Lancaster and Cambridge Universities.
