Additional information

<12>This article is a significantly extended version of the PODS'07 paper "CWA-Solutions for Data Exchange Settings with Target Dependencies" (not RAE returned). It triggered further research in the area (e.g. Afrati-Kolaitis PODS'08; Gottlob et al., VLDB'09; Libkin-Sirangelo, JCSS 2011; ten Cate et al, ICDT'12). In the paper, we also solve a problem that has been open since the seminal paper on data exchange (ICDT'03) - that of the decidability of the existence of universal solutions.
