Additional information

This research enables manufacturing solar cells with increased energy conversion efficiency. An arising process patent (evidence file: Durose1-1) was assigned to Abound Solar Inc., a commercial manufacturer of solar cells for terrestrial power generation (evidence file: Durose1-2). The study was also the subject of an invited talk at 1st International Conf on Materials for Energy and Environment, Toldeo, USA (ICMEE 2012, evidence file: Durose1-3) The research led to follow on funding from the EPSRC SUPERGEN Solar PV Hub £4,088,360 (evidence file: Durose1-4).
