Additional information

This paper presents a new form of 3D display that does not require glasses or other worn hardware. Computer Vision trackers estimate the viewer's gaze in 3D and simulate viewpoint change in the graphics visualised on the screen to deliver the illusion of depth. The paper is part of a special issue of IJCV dedicated to the recent ICCV workshop on computer vision for human computer interaction (2011). There is strong potential for impact, given increased interest in 3D content with stereo 3D TV/cinema and depth cameras.
