Additional information
Copperwheat was PI or Co-I on the telescope proposals for the majority of the data presented in this paper, and obtained half of the visitor mode data personally at the telescope. He reduced all of the ULTRACAM/WHT and RISE/LT data, and incorporated the reduced X-Ray and Catalina Sky Survey data supplied by external collaborators. Copperwheat led the analysis, wrote the paper and was corresponding author.
