Additional information

The journal paper explores a variety of e-business models, and uniquely, seeks to evaluate potential return and sustainability by deconstructing the key elements of each of a spectrum of models. The paper has since informed the development of both postgraduate and CPD modules, and novel models advocated have formed the basis for a number of regional business start-ups.

Williams was responsible for adapting and developing the evaluation framework, organising and administering the survey, and collating findings.
