Additional information

The analysis reported in this paper formed part of the PhD thesis of Owen Littlejohns under the supervision of Willingale and O'Brien. Littlejohns performed the analysis using a prompt+afterglow model fit provided by Willingale. The bulk of the interpretation of the data was done by Littlejohns, Willingale and O'Brien. The remaining authors provided the many multiwavelength data sets which were used in the analysis. The model executed by Willingale played a central role enabling us to disentangle the prompt and afterglow components in the emission and to identify the signature of these components in the data.
