The Reversing Machine was commissioned by Art Laboratory Berlin (funded by Haupstadt Kultur Fonds Berlin) and shown from March 23rd to May 12th 2012 overlapping with the Berlin Biennial; two live events derived from the work were part of the Berlin Month of Performance. Art Laboratory Berlin is a non-commercial, artist-run space supported by public funding and private donations. It has worked with major art institutions internationally including recently the Sol Lewitt Foundation, the Danish Arts Council, the New York Foundation for the Arts and the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy.
