Double-weighted statement

The Nets of Modernism began life as a series of experimental talks and articles, all comprehensively rethought, developed and rewritten over several years, in order to produce a coherent whole. While focussing on Joyce, James, and Woolf, the book covers almost the entire range of Anglophone Modernism, together with psychoanalysis and the relatively recent and fast-developing field of animal studies.
