<15> An early version was presented at W2 GIS 2006 (LNCS 4295, 33% acceptance). This paper presents a scientific application that visualises and predicts where and when GPS multipath error is likely to occur in urban areas. The paper’s novelty and academic impact derives from its integration of remotely sensed 3D LiDAR digital city models with radio wave propagation model and GPS orbit calculation. Jing was a PhD student at University of Glamorgan – he is now a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing).
