<16>This paper represents an important step in coping with the evolving nature of the Web of Data, by providing the ability to compute the differences (deltas) between two RDF/S Knowledge Bases. Deltas can be employed to reduce the amount of data that need to be exchanged and managed over the network in order to build SW synchronization and versioning services. This work was carried out in the context of the European projects KP-LAB and CASPAR, and provided a building block for the recent European project DIACHRON. TWEB is a top rated journal in the area of the World Wide Web.
