<10> Nagar has been working with visiting professor Subramanian and has published extensively on Picture Grammars in particular and Theoretical Computer Science (e.g. P-Systems) in general. This article extends the work in [27, 28] of the article by extending the notion of Parikh matrix of a word to a picture array and associate with it two kinds of Parikh matrices, called row Parikh matrix and column Parikh matrix.
